As this is a 4K monitor, it needs 3A or above PD power to keep 100% brightness working, so we strongly suggest the external power supply with our PD power adapter for the best visual experience; otherwise, it may enter energy conservation mode(20% brightness) or standby mode(black screen) automatically.
5. This portable monitor has WITH touch function, but NO built-in battery.
6. Please check if the Type C of your phone is a full-featured Type C port. It will not be available if it is just a Type C for charging. You need a type C to mini HDMI adapter cable and connect to the monitor.
7. Please check if your laptop has a Thunderbolt 3.0 port, or you may need to connect your computer to the monitor via a mini HDMI port.
