I purchased this from a senior thrift store where it was donated. It looks like it includes upgrade 6  also and has the codes written on the CDs. Plus there's some paperwork that was printed out from the original owner from the manufacture that will be included. I'm assuming this is complete and works. I have not tried it personally.

I am including a 30 day return policy if there's any issues with this software.
