Authentic Swatch Gent “Blue Painted Time” wristwatch, reference GK378, designed by contemporary artist Stephen Dean as part of Swatch’s 2002 Art Special Collection. Features a vivid blue dial with horizontal metallic bar detail, red sweep second hand, and a clear transparent case. The original resin strap displays Dean’s signature color-block palette in blue, red, yellow, and purple.

Quartz movement; running at time of listing. Transparent caseback shows the Swiss movement. Strap shows light age-related yellowing and a small dark mark on the reverse (see photos) but remains flexible and wearable. Crystal and case show light surface wear consistent with normal use.
