This is a vintage oil on canvas board painting of "A US Navy Shipped". It is signed by the artist P Mezzanares in the lower right, tiled along the bottom but I cannot resolve it and the artwork is housed in a silver tone frame protected behind glass. The dimensions are; Frame. 16.0 inches wide, 13.0 inches tall and 1.0` inches deep. Dear buyer, please do note that if the artwork is framed with glass, I will remove the glass for shipping. The shippers have been really damaging too many of the artwork no matter how well I pack them.
