PLEASE READ !!!

This is an Old-School Pan.
 It is not coated with any kind of chemical coating. It is made of 100% steel.
To be used and become non-stick, it requires initial seasoning over an open flame at least 3 times.
Just like cast iron pans. Over time, it will become non-stick and you will have it for the rest of your life.
The more you cook in it, the faster it will become non-stick.
It is an alternative to cast iron pans due to its weight, which is less than half that of a cast iron pan of the same size.
If you don't have time to take care of such a pan, it is not recommended to buy it. You need to be willing and have the time, at least in the beginning.
For health reasons, I gave up aluminium pans with teflon coating.
