How to fit the jaw protector?

1. put the mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds.
2. place the mouthguard on your jaw and form it by pressing it against your lips with your finger.
3. press the sides of the mouthguard with your tongue until it forms well. Do not bite down on it.
4. Dip the mouthguard in cold water and place back on the jaw for a final fit.
5. Place the mouthguard in cold water again.

A well-formed mouthguard should not fall off the teeth.
In the event of a poor fit, the operation should be repeated.
