Celebrating the naughty side of the Yuletide period, the Nikes SB Dunk Low “Krampus”
delivers a fiery coal effort to commemorate Krampusnacht, the Night of Krampus.
Nike SB make sure the half-goat, half-demon child-snatcher is enshrined in
sneaker folklore with a second Dunk to honour this pagan anti-hero. This year’s
haul of mischief comes laced in black and crimson embers.

The charred black leather upper cracks under the heat below, hinting at something
hellish burning underneath. Warm orange piping sears the piping and base layer,
with the cracking seeping down onto midsole, which itself sits above a glowing
inferno of the abyss. Krampus’ Dunk Low Pro comes fully detailed with a lump of
coal and naughty list on the Air Zoom Unit, underneath the sockliner’s Nike SB
branding and Krampus’ eerie mug. A “Not Surprised” message sits on the inside
of the tongue, the outer layer of which is a woven contrast to the rest of the
glowing charcoal of the shoe.
