All of our devices undergo a professional refurbishment process to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.

• Data Sanitisation: Every PC, laptop, and phone is fully data-wiped in line with industry standards before testing or resale. 
• Testing: Each item is individually inspected and tested by our technicians to confirm it meets our quality standards and is in working order. 
• Upgrade and Repair: Parts are renewed or repaired by our expert technicians where required. 
• Cosmetics: The item is then inspected and we may apply a vinyl skin or paint the device to improve it's visual appearance. 
• Cleaning & Final Check: Before dispatch, all products are cleaned again, rechecked, and prepared for shipping. 
• Secure Packaging: Orders are safely and securely packaged, using environmentally friendly materials wherever possible to reduce waste.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day and tracking details will be added to your eBay order once your parcel has been shipped.
Delivery timescales will vary depending on your location but we always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  Please note that additional postage charges may apply to some remote areas - If you have any questions about shipping to your region, feel free to contact us before ordering.

We reuse the laptop batteries included with the devices we sell. As these batteries are not new, they may not hold a charge as long as a brand-new battery and could require more frequent charging.
All batteries are tested to ensure the device functions correctly, but battery life may vary depending on usage and age.
