As we sell both new and renewed devices our grading is as follows: 

New: This item is a brand new, unopened device.
Renewed Pristine: This item is as good as new with no marks on the body or screen and the battery health is greater than 95%. 
Renewed Excellent: This item is in excellent condition with no marks on the screen and only small marks around the charging port. The battery health is greater than 80%.
Renewed Good: This item is in great condition with some small marks or blemishes on the screen or body. The battery health is greater than 80%.
Renewed Fair: This item is in fair condition with marks on the screen or body. The battery health is greater than 80%.

Any device that is renewed has been fully tested by ourselves and has been data wiped. 

Delivery and Returns


Delivery

Standard delivery is £3.99.
Premium Next day express delivery service costs £7.00 + £2.99 for each additional item.
NB: Price displayed includes VAT. The final charge may be different depending on the delivery address. 
For orders over £150 your order will be sent via DPD for additional security. Please ensure that you provide a mobile phone number as we use a PIN service and a delivery PIN is sent to you via SMS. Please Note: If you fail the PIN service two times the order will be returned to us and up to £15 will be deducted from your refund due to additional shipping charges. 

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, but it can take 48 hours for a parcel to be processed. 

Warranty:
All our new products are covered by a UK manufacturer's 1 year warranty and are brand new factory sealed. For all renewed devices this can vary so please speak with us for your specific order. 


Returns: 

You may return an unused, unopened item within 30 days for a refund or an alternative product. If a brand new device is returned to us opened we reserve the right to deduct your order due to the item not being returned in the original sellable condition. 

Any device that you send or return to us MUST be free from pin, password or pattern lock, iCloud account Google account or any other personal security/account settings. Any device received with any data or information present will be returned to you and the courier cost will be chargeable, payable in advance of the item being returned to you
 
The item must be repackaged exactly as you received it with all manuals, leads accessories and free gifts if you got any etc.

The item must be unused with no marks or damage, and it must be like new.  If you should have any further question, then please don't hesitate to contact us via eBay messaging.
