 I tested this unit out and it was working 100%.

I parted this 3210D out because the municipality I bought it from took front drive wheel apart to install new rubber tread, rebuilt it wrong, and messed up the wheel, they then robbed the squeegee assy off the back... so I parted out.  I did power up and test most systems, I couldn't get an hour reading out of display because of error code from the front wheel motor.
