Please respect my time and understand the notes below are all things that have previously come up. I am not trying to be rude or mean, but I have limited time and no desire to waste it. I understand there are some very bad sellers on here, but I am not one of them. 

Item description: ALL defects that I am able to spot will be included in the listing description. I do not sell items from smoking households. Please do not reach out asking if something comes from a smoking environment, if a cd/record has scratches, etc. Any defects WILL BE INCLUDED in the listing. If you are not happy with the product I will make it right. 

Shipping: Your item WILL be packed well. I DO NOT need messages instructing me how to pack your item. Again, please see my feedback. I will not respond to these messages. 

Shipping time: 99.9% of the time I will ship your item next business day or same day in some cases. I have a full time job, a family and other things; this is not always possible but will happen almost all of the time. Please do not message me asking when an item will be shipped; if you need it at your door immediately please go to Amazon to purchase. 

Pricing: My items are priced at or lower than others based on condition. This means that if my item is $40 and you find it for $20 somewhere else, it's likely because mine is in better condition. No, I will not accept your offer of $15 for a $25 item; see previous sentence. If I wanted to give my items away they would be dropped off at Goodwill.

Combined shipping. I will gladly combine shipping on any listings. Combine does not mean you get 500 items for the shipping cost of 1 item; it means the rate will be reduced compared to $6 per item. In most cases it is $1 or less for each additional item.

Shipping address: This MUST be correct when you place the order; Ebay policy states I cannot ship to any other address besides the one in the order.

Ended listings: I am not sure why, but I continue to get messages from buyers asking if an item has sold when it is not currently listed. If it's ended, it has already sold and is not available.

After an item has shipped, it is out of my hands. I AM NOT the post office, and cannot provide any further info than what the tracking shows. In the event you receive a damaged item, it is YOUR responsibility to bring it to the post office if they request to inspect the item in order for a claim to be paid out. If the item is scanned as delivered and you cannot find it, you must contact the post office. I am not liable for theft or mis-delivered packages.
