All of our items are sourced from reputable places including boutique overstocks, estate sales, retail shelf pulls, and donation-based outlets. Some garments may still have inventory or retail tags attached — these are part of our internal tracking system, not always original to the manufacturer.

Each item is carefully inspected for flaws. While we do our best to photograph and note any visible defects, please understand that with pre-owned items, minor imperfections may occasionally be missed.

Clothing is stored in a clean, smoke-free environment and many items are gently washed or steamed prior to listing unless new with tags.

• Orders are processed within 3 business days — but we typically ship same or next day
• We ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided
