BOJACK High-Quality Organic Type Thermal FusesThermal Fuse Characteristics:It consists of a sliding contact, a spring, and an electricallynonconductive thermal pellet. Before the thermal fuse is activated,current flows from the left lead to the sliding contact and throughthe metal housing to the right lead. When the external temperaturereaches a predetermined temperature, the organic mattermeltsand the compression spring becomes loose. That is, thespring expands and the sliding contact is separated from theleft lead. The circuit is opened and the current between the slidingcontact and the left lead is cut off.Widely used in:Transformers, Electric motors, Electric fans, Hair dryers,Electric irons, Rice cookers, Copiers, Electric stoves, Chargers,power taps, Water dispensers, Coffee makers etc.
