This is Vintage 1970s Very Rare Mongolian Plastic Girl with Flowers l Big Doll Toy - Soviet Era 

All plastic. 

H - about 49cm

Purchased from Mongolia in the late 70s. With original clothes and shoes. 

The hands are connected with an elastic band, the head and legs I think are screwed on. The doll has difficulty standing up on its own.

 Possible tiny spots on the dress.

 Overall the doll is in very good condition.
