Works perfectly.  Removed from my X5 F15 when I sold it.  Works MUCH better than the one that is in the center console.  Goes through much thicker cases and had more power.

It should fit phones that are up to 6" in length and 3" in width

The iPhone MAX phones look to be to big for this.  

It does charge through bulkier cases (much better than the OEM BMW wireless charger)
