Depending on the shipping country and address, marketplace taxes such as VAT/GST may be collected by eBay at checkout.
Items will only be shipped to the address registered on eBay.
We do not accept any transactions outside eBay.
Orders will be shipped within 15 business days after payment is confirmed. A tracking number will always be provided.
If there are additional costs besides the item price, they will be shown on the checkout page before the order is completed. Please make sure to review them before placing your order.
Due to routing changes or operational issues, equivalent services may be substituted while maintaining tracking and delivery standards.
Additional fees (e.g., FedEx remote area surcharge) may apply for deliveries to remote areas. We will contact you if necessary.
Delays may occur due to air transport restrictions, peak seasons, or customs inspections.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal of receipt, or unpaid customs duties, the reshipping cost or actual expenses will be deducted from the refund.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for initial defects only. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
For cross-border returns not due to initial defects, international return shipping costs and all expenses originally paid by the seller will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Attempts to force a “seller fault” return to avoid paying return costs will be strictly dealt with.
Serial numbers, anti-tamper labels, and product photos are recorded. Any modification or part removal voids the return eligibility.
Taxes or duties collected by authorities or eBay may not be refundable by the seller.
For DDP shipments (duties paid by the seller), those duties will be invoiced back to the buyer in case of a refund.
Please check the shipping policy in the item page to confirm if the shipment is DDP (duties paid by seller) or DDU (duties paid by buyer).
If you prefer DDU shipping for an item listed as DDP, please provide your FedEx account number and we will try to accommodate.
If the package is returned due to non-payment or refusal of customs duties under DDU, the shipping cost, return shipping, and duties will be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping fees are often based on carrier standard rates and may be very high. If they exceed the refund amount, we will request additional payment.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not undervalue items or mark them as gifts under any circumstances.
