Antique Upholstery Fabrics Sample Book, 16 Assorted Swatches, Chicago, Illinois

Here is a fabulous antique fabric sample book featuring Upholstery Fabrics. It is from a company based in Chicago. It has numerous images of different Upholstery fabrics and the different colors in which they were offered.

Wonderful item for Interior Designers, Architects, home restoration folks, and antique furniture ephemera collectors! I have been doing research to establish more information regarding this company. I believe that the initials include W and C, and the letter C stood for Cline. I will update the listing as I find out more about it.

The sample book measures about 6.5 x 9.5 inches, and is about 1.5 inches thick. There are 16 different fabric swatches. On the back of most of the swatches is a description label and the other colorways that it would have been available. There is some wear, and a bit of shredding to some of the samples. Unlike other sample books, these are not glued to cardstock. There are a total of 16 different styles in the sample book. See photos for details.
