Average to fair quality wool felt cone, size and stiffening may vary, ideally suited to making small hats, crowns and fascinators. Finished with a mid-level stiffening, enough to hold shape when steam is introduced and soft enough not to be too hard after blocking. These cones are available in a great broad range of predominately autumnal colours, that weigh about 90g and are around 25cm deep.
