  • Payments are required within 7 days of committing to purchase an item.
SHIPPING
  • We offer combined shipping when multiple items are purchased. Shipping costs on many items are automatically calculated in the cart; however, some items may not combine automatically. In those cases, you may request an invoice prior to payment or we will process a refund on shipping overages at the time of shipping.
  • If several separate orders are made within a short timeframe and before the first package ships, shipping will be combined on the orders and any overages will be refunded. Please be aware that once we receive notification from eBay that an order has been paid, shipping processes may commence soon thereafter.
  • For shipping quotes, please send a short message with the item numbers you wish to purchase and your zip code.
  • Orders are processed for shipping within 24 hours of payment and are transferred to the USPS or commercial carrier the same day or next business day.
  • Generally, packages are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. However, packages over 16 oz. may be shipped by commercial carrier (FedEx or UPS). Media Mail is only used on orders consisting solely of books or literature. 
  • Listings of large or heavy items have multiple shipping options. Click on the shipping details link to see all options. 
  • LOCAL PICKUP: only select this option if you plan to pick up your order in person in Apex, North Carolina. If this option is chosen in error, please cancel the order and re-order your items with an appropriate shipping method. 
  • Model train items are carefully packaged to protect delicate parts such as trucks, couplers, stirrups, railings and other fragile parts. All items are secured safely in the package to prevent movement or damage during shipping and to protect the items from possible "blunt force trauma" within the mailing system.
  • If a package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address provided by buyer in eBay, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) and will exclude the original shipping charge.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • If you require any customer assistance, please send a message through eBay and we should be able to respond through eBay momentarily or within about 30 minutes. We monitor eBay messages during our regular business hours from Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and most holidays and will respond the following business day. If the "Seller is Away" message appears on our listings, our response will be delayed.
