Antique Max Roesler Rodach openwork rectangular flower planter/vase with insert. It is decorated with cute floral and ribbon swags. The specific incised RMR rose mark on back indicates piece dates to around 1894. Underneath this marking are the numbers "4016."

*Planter has a good amount of crazing on all sides, some stress cracks, and chipping on bottom corners. Tried to capture most noticable flaws in close-up photos. Despite its wear this little planter holds up well and feels very sturdy for being over 100 years old.
