All Certified Pre-Owned Verizon devices listed for sale are 100% fully functional.  Our highly-trained technicians inspect and grade the cosmetic appearance of each device to indicate the device is in Like New, Great, Very Good, or Good cosmetic condition.  We conduct extensive functional examinations on  all devices.  This includes all internal and external functions including buttons, audio, battery health, SIM card, camera and touch screen. We only approve devices that score a 100%.  We then clean and buff each device to confirm appearance.  This process ensures 100% functionality.
