To make this anklet, I did macrame with forest green and chocolate brown, colored hemp using forest green and chocolate brown, faceted, glass beads.   

There are also sets of brass dancing bells with each set on two different split rings, so the bells would hang freely and securely giving off gentle tinkles.

It closes with a simple half-hitch knot.

The length is adjustable;  making the length from: 25 cm. (9 3/4"), up to 35.5 cm. (14"). 

If you would prefer a lobster claw clasp instead, just let me know length wanted at time of purchase;  and I can easily add one.
