Feel free to contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions! We carefully pack and ship your items after your purchase. Recycled packaging will be used when available. We are not responsible for shipping delays.  We have no control over your order once the carrier receives it.  Luckily, delays are infrequent!

Imperfections are common in vintage items. We work to describe and/or photograph items carefully so you know exactly what you are receiving. The character of our vintage and antique items are often very enhanced by such imperfections. We say this so our buyers don't expect brand new, mass produced results from aged items and production processes. This is the charm and uniqueness that makes vintage items so special!

Photo props are not included in your purchase.

We pack items very carefully. If your item does end up damaged from the carrier, we will ask that you send us photographs of the damaged item and packaging to aid us in submitting a refund claim.
