Souvenir china dish.  Shows the Public School of Dows Iowa.  Measures 3.75 inches across.  Made in Germany stamp on the bottom.  Good condition with no chips or cracks. Toothpick holder is worn shows a water tower.  Location is worn off.  Possibly Dows or Belmond.  Has a chip on the lip
