This is the classic Omega brick / “H” link bracelet used on gold-plate Constellation, Seamaster, De Ville and Genève models with 18 mm lugs. The bracelet is stainless steel with gold-plated top surfaces and a gold-plated signed clasp cover. Inside the clasp it is correctly stamped “32 – STAINLESS STEEL – 1193” with the Omega triangle logo.
