This sale is for the complete Hillrom Care Assist power motor control board assembly with case, transformer and internal wire harness.  The first three photos are with the top removed from the case.  Hillrom does not list this item on their website and may now require that you purchase each part individually or call for the complete assembly.  The part numbers shown on this listing are for the complete assembly (CBS005-01) and the board only (132628).
