This is a system for producing for lengths. This set features 50 for ground cylindrical bars that can be used as feeler gauges to measure hole diameters, or as components for go/no-go gauges or similar applications. 

Each bore is clearly marked, and the pin gauges are heat treated and etched with dimensional information, with no corners to for ensure accuracy and durability. This set is intended as a reference for setting up measuring equipment used in machine shops, such as micrometers, sine bars, calipers, and for dial indicators.

It includes a storage box for easy organization and access to the pin gauges.

1: Our pin gauges are made of bearing steel, heat treated to a hardness of 60-62 RC, for durability and long-lasting reliability.

2: This 50-piece set covers a range from 0.011 to 0.060", with a positive tolerance of 0.0002" and a step of 0.001". Each length is 2"±0.01".

3: The gauge for surface is polished and burr-free, with a forsurface finish of 10 microns or better.

4: Comes with a storage box to keep the pin gauges organized. Each gauge size is clearly marked in the box, and the size information is etched on each pin gauge for easy identification and use.

5: It is very suitable for checking the diameter of holes, bushings and wear parts, as well as the distance between holes and hole positions. It can also calibrate vernier calipers, micrometers and other measuring equipment to detect geometric deviations.
