Product Description:
IsatPhone Pro is a portable satellite phone that uses Inmarsat's satellite network to make voice calls and send messages in areas where terrestrial cellular service is not available. Designed for use in mountains, oceans, deserts and disaster areas with an environmentally resistant enclosure and long-lasting battery life. Focused on ruggedness and basic communications, it was widely used as Inmarsat's primary handheld at the time of its launch. Note that this product is no longer in production and no new support is offered, but existing terminals can continue to be used with valid service contracts.
