LEITZ Wetzlar 512 761/20 Trinocular Microscope Head, was returned from buyer because 2 of the 4 tiny screws to the right eyepiece were missing and he couldnt get new ones, used microscope head from a local laboratory that closed down, has Nikon 10x/20 Eyes, Trinocular is 1.25X, on bottom lens is stamped what looks like 6/3009 or 8/3009, MISSING SCREWS ON SIDE SOLD AS-IS,  ( see last 2 images )
