A fake prop barbwire headband with fake blood. I believe this was a  handmade piece. My Wife doesn't quite remember where she bought it from but remembers it was promoted as being inspired by the Lucille bar Negan uses and she's worn it carefully just one time to a Walking Dead event.

In good condition and looks cool and unique!
