Brand new, factory sealed. Case/wrap have a horizontal cut through the front/center and a small crack on the front at the top edge. Wrap has several nicks/tears throughout as well as moderate+ surface wear. The worst tears are on the back in the upper right quadrant and at the left edge. Please study photos carefully. Note that unlike most Dreamcast games, most Chu Chu Rockets were sealed with an overlapping vertical seam on the back. I believe there are some Y-fold copies out there but they are very much in the minority. I say this to assure buyers that this is indeed a Sega-manufactured, factory sealed game. Prospective buyers are encouraged to check out other copies on Ebay to inspect their seals. Will wrap securely in bubble wrap and ship in a cardboard box.
