Vernis Martin Style Chest of Drawers Marble Top Hand Painted Detail Gilt Bronze.

We have 5 of these in total all with slightly different colour dresses on the fronts. These were all commissioned by a Hotel in France and come in lovely condition having been extremely well looked after and touched up if there was any disturbance.

Structurally very solid, lovely red marble top.

Superb gilded bronze detail and lively black lacquered finish, similar the chinoiserie.

Price is per chest of drawers, I would imagine these cost thousands of euros at the point of purchase. No great age, certainly this side of vintage but excellent look and quality.

Delivery: To simplify our delivery costs we categorise all our items in to three size, small, medium and large. We can deliver small items to most places of mainland UK for £60, medium items for £75 and large items for £90. The only exception to this are smaller items such as small chandeliers or stools, these may be sent via courier services (DPD, Royal Mail, Parcelforce). 

Should you wish to purchase multiple items please do get in contact and we will be happy to discuss a reduced delivery charge on the additional purchases. 

This does exclude Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Northern Scotland however, we can in most cases deliver to these places for an additional fee. Please message us prior to purchase for an accurate quote.

In most cases all items are now delivered by a two person team. If you require a specific delivery date please do let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.  

We aim to have your item/s with you in 4-7 working days however sometimes it can take a little longer. We will of course let you know if this is going to be the case.  

Collection: It goes without saying we are very happy for you to collect any items yourself and will be on hand to help assist loading where possible.

Using your own courier: Again this is fine but we will require a minimum of 48 hours from the collection driver. Please note postage couriers, such as DPD/Yodel/FedEx etc. cannot be used for furniture items, and we do not have a packaging service available.

International Shipping - We work with a number of overseas clients and are happy to assist with delivery to your selected shipping company storage facility. Please message us to discuss in further detail. 

All items must be collected within 30 days of purchase, and payment must be received within 5 working days of purchase or we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
