Ground Advantage for CV < $40: up to 4oz, includes tracking (insurance at buyer’s request / expense).

Priority Mail for CV<$100 with insurance and tracking (any weight).

Most International:

eBay International Shipping and they will handle ALL customs forms, VAT, duties, robust tracking, etc.

Canada - UK - Germany - Japan – Australia CHOICES:

1. eBay International Shipping (contact in advance to combine orders) ..

Economy / Standard Shipping - only orders with CV < $10 (tracking or insurance at buyer’s request / expense). This economical choice is sent standard US Postal Service without customs forms and most small person to person (not to businesses) envelopes pass without incident. ONLY select it understanding your local regulations and that you may have deal with customs forms and/or pay duties and taxes later. Stamp dealers in UK and Australia have made smallish purchases using this choice, and I’d guess they know more than I, but you accept the small risk that Border Agencies may delay and/or lose your items sent without tracking. Otherwise, please choose a more complete service such as eBay International.
