This is a black but with a light texture(see photos) nice suit. It does say 12 regular however I got it out for my son at 8( he wears size 10) and he could not button pants). Waist seems to run very small, for me I should have had it on mine at 7/8. Also as i was taking photos the top button on the jacket fell off. It is in the pants pocket now. It is a 3 button jacket. It is clean but not dried clean. Smoke free home
