This listing is for a 2004 Mercury 40HP 2 Stroke Carbureted Outboard Engine with a 20" Shaft. Model: 40ELPTO Serial: 0T953049 Dry Weight: 204LBS. Compression is even across both cylinders @ 125PSI. Engines runs great and has no issues. Electric Start, Power tilt & Remote Steer. No rigging or controls are included. Aluminum prop is included
