We've offered the E34 OBC delete phone mount for a while, but it isn't very popular. Many people love the OBC and don't want to remove it for a phone mount; plus, it's pretty far from the spot we use for our E34 USB chargers. We spent a lot of time figuring out an alternative, and we finally figured it out: The fog light slot, after some clever design and tons of trial and error, is perfect!

Instead of a flat, easy part to work with, the fog light slot is slanted, assymettrical, and hard to design clips for. To make this work, we simply made the mount slanted to fit flush and used a screw to secure a retainer to the back. This makes the mount fit perfectly, look great, and secured it very strongly to the car. It's also right next to the slot we use for our USB chargers, making both parts much more convenient.

We have three different phone mount versions: Standard, Magsafe, and Wireless Charging Magsafe.

This is the wireless charging Magsafe version which works best with Apple phones or other devices that use the Magsafe system. It's the most convenient phone mount solution we carry; not only does it have a strong grip, but strong charging capabilities, as well. It's capable of fast charging most devices (not just Apple!) and has a USB-C port. It also comes with an adapter plate!

The mount can be used as-is, but the wireless charging capabilities require a USB port and USB-C cable. Luckily, we not only sell USB chargers for E34s, but we also have listings for bundle deals! Check out our store to get both a phone mount and charger for a great price!

If you do not have a Magsafe device, phone case, or adapter, our standard phone mount may work better for you. Phone cases with large, protruding magnetic sockets in particular cannot be converted with the Magsafe adapter, but work very well with the standard mount.
