1910's original Early Aviation Photo - women in the WWI wartime effort

SET 2 - Original 1910's large-size photos, women working in the aircraft industry during WWI. In the top photo you can see their male overseer on the right, in the bottom photo it seems to be women working alongside men in a mixed setting. These photos belonged to Henry Woodhouse.

Notice the T-length dresses; that length about around 1915 to save material.
