It features dozens of effects, including newly added studio-grade reverbs and more user-friendly Master FX for shaping the overall sound. The FANTOM's signature analog filter is also perfect for creating warm sounds and gritty tones.

Easily create sounds and compose music quickly using the intuitive, ergonomically placed buttons, knobs, and sliders. The highly visible color touchscreen adapts to your workflow. You can also import custom images for the screensaver and startup screen to personalize the interface.

Roland's ACB (Analog Circuit Behavior) technology faithfully reproduces analog circuits and their behavior down to the component level, delivering authentic analog sound. The FANTOM EX supports four types of the latest evolved ACB instruments, including Circuit Mod and Condition functions, allowing you to control various vintage characters.

The flexible and expandable ZEN-Core Synthesis System brings together Roland's decades of research and development, delivering a wide variety of sounds including electronic, acoustic, and hybrid sounds.

Up to four independent partial voices, each with its own oscillator, filter, amp, dual LFO, and effects, enable expressive tone creation. Assign up to 16 parts within a single scene to create complex splits and layers, or play sequences.
