Our main contact method is by eBay Messages. We try to answer all messages within 24 hours.
All payments should be processed through eBay payment system.
Item must be paid within 5 days; if not, we file an unpaid item claim with eBay and relist the item.
For most items, domestic shipping is free and will be shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment.
Freight shipping will be shipped whithen 2-3 days of cleared payment.
Check the SHIPPING section of the post (right after price) to see if you need to pay for the shipping.
Domestically, items are shipped with UPS Ground.
Very big and heavy items, such as engine, transmission and some others can only be shipped through freight.
Flat Rate Freight shipping price is for commercial address only. Price for residential address delivery may be quoted individually and usually is twice as much as commercial.
Oversized items are shipped by freight truck, if FREE shipping is beign avertised for overzised items it is assumed to be shipped to a commercial location. Other locations will incur a residential or other delivery fees imposed by freight companies.

We will accept returns within 30 or 90 (depending on the type of part ordered) days after you receive the item
If part is damaged or not functioning (or if there is any mistake at our end), we'll accept your return on general ebay terms.
All items are marked and will be inspected once received.
Only items with our mark and in original pictured condition will be refunded.
If the item was damaged during shipment - you MUST give us PROOF that the carrier is at fault in order for us to file a claim.>
