A nice, Second World War patch for the USAAC Emergency Corps. My understanding is this was a Home Front organization (not affiliated with US Army Air Corps, although same initials) - possibly the US American Ambulance Corps. I can't find a specific reference to it, but some other sources indicate the organization was based in New York City. This badge has an embroidered design on twill fabric, with a finished, cut edge border. See my comments on the condition for further details. Basically unissued. This patch measures 70mm in diameter.
