Communication
We
use eBay's automated notification system for notifying you of status
updates regarding shipping and tracking. These emails are sent only to
the email address linked to your eBay account; these messages do not
appear in the 'Messages' section of the 'My eBay' tab. We upload
tracking information for every order we ship. You can also see shipping
status and access tracking numbers through 'Purchase History' in the 'My
eBay' tab. We do not typically send any direct communication through
eBay messages unless there is an unusual situation.
