Here is a 1984 pamphlet and realtor letter advertising Walnut Ridge Estates, which is located in Sanatoga, Lower Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County, PA.  The real estate company handling the sales and presenting the pamphlet was Continental Realty Co., Inc., which had or has offices in Conshohocken and King of Prussia, PA.  The builders were The Gambone Brothers Development Company.  The pamphlet features directions to the development, two different house plans, The Crestview and The Rosedale, along with an optional two-bedroom floor plan.  This is a townhouse development.  Also has a description of Walnut Ridge, two pictures of what the homes look like and on the back shows a map of the development giving you acres to choose from.  The letter from the real estate office gives a rundown of what each home includes, and what type units are available, along with prices.  It is a typed letter with the names of two realtors typed after the descriptions.  Looks like it might be a copy, maybe they made a lot of copies of this letter to send out to various buyers or people who might be interested.  Walnut Ridge Estates is still in operation.  The pamphlet and letter are in good condition, no holes or tears.  The letter has some bent corners and is bent along the one side.  The pamphlet has a few marks on it, but still in good condition.  Great for someone who lives there, or the local historian.  Postage will be 5.00 to the U. S.  If outside of the U. S., please use the postal calculator to determine the cost of postage.  If you like old photographs and ephemera, please check out my EBay store and the other old photos and things I have listed.  Many different subjects, time periods and places!  I mail all my old photos in padded envelopes with cardboard to keep them from being bent.  I do combine postage whenever possible. Thank you!
