Operation method:
1. Combined with a hot air gun, the hot air gun blows hot air onto the PFA tube port;
2. After heating to a certain temperature, insert the expander into the PFA tube port;
3. Continuously squeezing to expand the port;
4. Then connect it to the accessories of the expansion connection method
Characteristics of the material of the expander (excluding metal rods):
1. The appearance is pure white.
2. High and low temperature resistance: can be used at temperatures ranging from -200 ℃ to+250 ℃.
3. Corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia, and various organic solvents, with no leaching, adsorption, or precipitation phenomena.
4. Pollution prevention: Metal elements have low self-worth,
5. Insulation: not affected by environment and frequency, with low dielectric loss and high breakdown voltage
6. Resistant to atmospheric aging, radiation, and low permeability.
7. Self lubrication: It has the smallest friction coefficient among plastics.
8. Non sticky surface: It is a solid material with the smallest surface energy
9. The mechanical properties are relatively soft and have very low surface energy.
