We recently purchased an appliance repair store’s inventory of all NEW parts.  All new appliance parts boxes are opened by us to confirm parts and pictures only.  In some cases the factory shipping box has damage from storage.  All parts are confirmed to be new and damage free before listing.  Any part that is found questionable has been discarded.

Please consult a repair professional or follow the diagnostic steps that can be found on various appliance repair sites to confirm the correct part is needed.  If a part is returned and shows signs of installation up to 50% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund as we can no longer sell the item as “New”.  

The factory box may be replaced or altered to reduce shipping costs.  Items normally ship within 24hrs of receipt of payment.
