Original vintage wall plaque from 1975 featuring the coat of arms of Warsaw (Warszawa), depicting the legendary mermaid “Syrenka Warszawska” holding a sword and shield – the traditional protector of the city.
The emblem is made of enameled copper, mounted on a solid wooden shield with decorative brass nails. The original manufacturer’s label is still attached on the back — produced by the cooperative “Zjednoczenie” in Toruń, Poland.
