Talks and Lights Up GREAT.  There's a built in fan that isn't blowing.  It's supposed to blow the fabric up in the skull's mouth to look like a flame.  It needs to be repaired.  This does NOT come with the plug in adapter but the piece works otherwise with batteries.  Price reflects condition.

Batteries not included (takes 4 AA batteries)
