This prohibitively scarce extreme Venezuelan rarity came to us VERY  recently from our well established source IN Venezuela.

This is the famously rare 1990 Topps Grandes Ligas card.

It's far cleaner than what's typically found.

There's NO attached paper

There's NO paper loss.

There is, when titled under proper lighting, some relatively minor surface undulating.

That's mostly visible from the blank reverse.
