1. Product introduction
DML series single phase inverter is transformer based and is a highly intelligent unit, which
integrates with digitization, informatization and networking. It has a powerful information acquisition system,
signal processing system, detection system and perfect protection system.
The LCD screen shows all relevant information including, but not limited to AC input and output, PV info, battery
condition, loading condition, inverter working status, error code, working mode selection, charging
voltage and charging current settings.
2. Product features
2.1 The inverter uses digital vector control technology of DSP, MCU, DDC and real-time processing to
monitor the system.
2.2 High frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) technology reduces the system noise and power loss
and at the same time, it ensures that customers can obtain high-quality voltage output and maximum
benefits under various working load conditions.
2.3 The AC output of the inverter is equipped with an isolation transformer, which can effectively protect
the switching power supply of the computer, network and communication equipment from being damaged by DC current.
At the same time, it can also show excellent dynamic performance for nonlinear load,
improve the load capacity of the machine, and have good load compatibility.
2.4 Perfect protection functions to ensure the stability and reliability of system operation: AC input over-
voltage, undervoltage protection, output over-voltage, undervoltage protection, output overload and short circuit protection,
battery undervoltage pre-warning protection and internal over-temperature protection.
3. Operating principle
DML series single phase inverter is highly integrated with digital technology, improves MTBF and reliability,
and is controlled by DSP high-speed microprocessor to ensure stable and reliable operation of the
quipment.
4. Working mode
DML series single phase inverter transformer based unit has two working modes:
01 AC priority , 02 DC priority,
4.1 DC Priority (Must be connected with batteries)
DML series single phase inverter transformer based unit has two working modes:
The inverter converts DC input current from either the PV panels or battery bank into AC current to supply the load.
When battery voltage is low, the inverter will automatically switch to the main input power (gr/generator) to supply to
the load. The system automatically switches back to DC after the batteries are charged again.
4.2 AC Priority (must be connected with batteries)
While the AC input is stable, the inverter works in bypass mode to supply power to the load and charge
the battery pack at the same time. When the AC input is too high / too low / serious distortion / abnormal frequency /
fault, the system will automatically switch to the battery inverter to supply power to the load.
Once the AC input has been stabilized, the system will switch back to bypass mode to supply power to
the load automatically.
