Kit for constructing a village’s emergency water cement supply basin. 

The basin has an overflow drain and maintenance shed and can be build either as filled or in an empty condition. 

A fence with a gate surrounds the basin. 

Also contains a water pump water cannon hoses bucket broom plants swans and small animals. 

Cut out sheet included.
