CONDITION/DESCRIPTION; Pre owned in fair shape. We are not the first owners and exactly how you see this car in the photos is exactly how we got it. It's in fair shape with some flaws. Missing wheels, tirs, bumpers, mirrors and drivers seat.  It's also got dings, scuffs and or scratches on the paint and chrome. Examine the ample photos as its virtually impossible for us to list every blemish, defect, flaw, scratch, scuff, chip, missing or broken part here. What you see in the photos is what you get. Nothing more nothing less. If you've overlooked something once it arrives then that's not our fault. There's plenty of nice clear photos(15 of them) for you to examine the entire car. See photos. LOCAL PICKUP; Local buyers welcome however in order for it to be worth our time we'll ask for a minimum purchase of $20 not including tax. Send us a message on which item/items you'd like to purchase and we'll modify those ads to offer "Free Local Pickup". You'll still purchase and pay for the item through eBay checkout as normal. Once the item is paid we'll arrange a pickup day and time. We're usually available from 9am to 9pm 7 days a week for pickup.

COMBINED SHIPPING; We are always happy to combine shipping for our customers. You MUST add ALL items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You MUST pay for ALL items at ONCE, in ONE transaction, in ONE order. We'll be happy to send a refund for any combined shipping overcharge once your entire order is accepted by the courier. Due to strict postal size and weight restrictions we won't know your combined rate until your entire order is packed and posted. *** If you pay for items individually, then this is how we're required to ship them by eBay.*** Per eBay each "individual transaction" must have it's own unique accountable tracking number which we are required to upload and have scanned by the shipping courier. We won't simply throw a bunch of orders in one box, copy and paste, one tracking number from one single item and send them out. AGAIN YOU MUST pay for all your items together if you expect any combined shipping discount.

OFFERS; Unless this item contains the "Or Best Offer" tab we will not entertain any offers for it. Especially if this is a newly posted item and you're trying to get a leg up on the next guy. Usually our items are priced to sell so you're already winning getting it for our listed price! We have been selling here on eBay (not eBarter) for well over 18 years and with our higher than normal volume we most likely won't have time to respond. So please refrain from sending us eBay messages on our items without the "Best Offer" or "Make Offer" tab. If you would like to engage in a bartering deal you will have to try your hand at your local flea market.

SHIPPING;  All individual items and or multi item orders are shipped with two (2) business days in the order of receiving payment. All orders are shipped USPS Ground advantage and or Media mail unless you upgrade to priority at your expense. Oversize or heavy packages are usually shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS ground.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/SHIPPING; We ship internationally however you must make your purchase through the eBay Global Shipping Program at the time of checkout. If during checkout you are not offered eBay Global Shipping then unfortunately we don't ship to your country. Additionally we will NOT falsify government documents and declare a lower value on your invoice so you don't have to pay a import duty and or tax. These fees assed by your country are your responsibility.

PACKING; We CAREFULLY pack each item, in every order, in a safe manner, the same way we like to receive our items.

FEEDBACK; Our feedback system is automated so once you are satisfied with your item and have left us a positive feedback, shortly thereafter, one will be automatically left for you.

CANCELLATIONS; Prior to shipping we are happy to cancel a item if you purchase it by mistake, found it cheaper elsewhere or have just changed your mind. Unfortunately there is a 24 to 48 hour minimum waiting period before we are able to cancel an order depending on how rapidly eBay releases the funds from your initial purchase to us. We won't prematurely cancel a order, refund you from our funds and then wait for your original funds to be released to us. Unfortunately we will not process any cancellation any other way. No exceptions. Once an item has shipped, the item will no longer be eligible for a cancellation.
